Hi my wife opened the door in mid cycle all seemed ok but later puddle under machine now it it is stuck with the inprogress light on I have tried switching off and leaving it alone all to no avail Any ideas please?

Sorry for the delay, this post seems to have got missed .
Not sure exactly what your problem is but if the programme has been interrupted, the timer may need re setting. This model uses a mechanical timer in the base and its not really a diy job to re set it.
