    Hi machine was interrupted last night mid cycle but door was closed again and it seemed to finish cycle, now when I try to run it I get the third led flashing and fith staying lit so this indicates NTC (temperature sensor) error (E4).

    I have tried a few times switching on and off selecting different programs but get the same result after a couple of seconds without even closing the door.

    So any help that i could try ?

    Okay can I ask if this stat is in the door and does anyone know how to open the door for access

    Sorry don’t know where to edit my post and add to it.

    So had the door off and no thermostat in there and all the wires from the machine to the door are in good condition.

    Maybe I got it wrong but I assumed the fault was in the door thermostat, so any help on this please ?
