    I have a whirlpool 6th sense washing machine model number awoe8760b when trying to start the machine code ( d on ) keeps coming on and I don’t know how to clear it please help

    I think you may be in a demo mode meant for store display purposes. ( hence D on “demo on”) try holding any of the buttons for about 10 sec and see what happens. one of the microwaves I found goes into demo if you hold start button cant find a thing on this one. am assuming there is not a key in the display to indicate child lock is on

    maybe another member with whirlpool tech access can check as I cant find anything in the user manual
