ParticipantHello
I am coming across more and more of these type dishwasher in the Seimens Bosch Neff family (this Particular model Seimens SN65E000GB/28)
I have dried out the base letting the anti flood switch reset, but often have not found the source of the leak.
I would be interested to know what other engineers have found as to where the leak /leaks originates fromThanks Declan 🙂

Hi Declan
I’ve had these leak from the metering tank/tub seal, from the wash pump, the hard water port at the base of the metering tank and if it’s a plastic base model from the tub/base seal and the tub/sump seal…oh and one with a leaky diverter valve.
Apart from that they’re quite dry really 😆

Thanks Clive
I had come across the water metering tank seal and also the tub base seal – I just think they almost take more time than they are worth, by the time you have identified the leak(s) made a repair, refitted an integrated unit and hope that you do not get a recall. I was interested to hear other engineers experience with these
many thanks

Most of the ones I come across, it’s the circulation pump to sump seal that’s the problem. Sometimes it’s obvious and sometimes it’s just a slight drip.

Yes it’s often that donut seal on the earlier models…on this one the seal is molded onto the wash pump…not had one of those leak yet but give it time 😆

I had quite a few of BSH’s sump seal especially at the back of it.Some new sumps come with a plastic pin sticking out there which on certain models you have to cut off.I found some manufactured that monday job way (they forgot to cut).
