    This machine stops with 4 in display on final rinse and spin has to be selected to drain and spin machine. When I tested it quickly it filled and drained spun ok filter clear. Is it likely to be the timer?

    I seem to recall I had one a long while back with the same problem. It turned out to be the hot inlet valve open circuit.
