    Hello all.
    Customer has a zanussi f1045w and it does everything but when in a cycle it won’t finish the wash.if I click it forward one click it drains and spins and finishes. I tried a replacement timer but the same thing happens.is this an earth leakage somewhere or something else?

    rinse hold button ?

    is it a new timer ?

    Not rinse hold button and replacement timer from emw.

    Customer wasn’t used to using machine and it turns out that the program she is using does have a rinse hold function built into it.you learn something new every day and it pays to read the user manual.
