    Its a 10 yr old built in Dishwasher ( sorry No model Number yet) It starts to fill with water then aborts, refills again then overfills until water leaks through door.
    any pointers as to possible cause please.
    don’t think its the pressure switch as that shouldn’t cause it to abort !

    some lux dishwashers have a mod on the pressure switch

    need model to check

    yours seems to be the mechanical timer. watch it fill and closely watch the timer. does the timer knob try to move forward and then click back and carry on filling ?
