I’m a DIY er…
The machine stops after the pre wash at which point it beeps for a bit and the pre wash and wash lights stay on permanently. When the door is opened the machine has water in the bottom (not overflowing). So I turn it off and recommence at which point the water is emptied by the pump the machine stops again at the same point (beeping and pre-wash and wash lights on) but there is no water in the bottom.
I’ve tested the pressure switch and the connecting pressure tube, both are fine.
Should I now be looking at the heater or the pump as cause of the problem. I’m getting the idea it could be the heater?
