    ZWD14791w when on dryer it does a 1 hour dry in about 10 minutes, went there last week and I thought they were putting on
    Thinking it was on auto, user was not around.
    I still checked condenser etc, it’s only about 18 months old,
    Any ideas

    Check the wiring hasn’t broken on the NTC at the back on the bottom of the condenser.
