I have the above machine and the Light was indicating that the water tank was full so I emptied it and switched the machine back on. It went for about 3 mins then the light went back on. This repeatedly happens. I have cleaned all filters. I went on hotpoint live chat but they just asked if I wanted an engineers visit. I said I was hoping for some technical advice to try first ( like those amazing people at Dyson!) as it maybe something simple to which I had a reply back saying that the problem I am experiencing needs an engineer. Any help greatly appreciated!

there is a float that moves up and down on the water level. once pump has pumped water the float should drop. sometimes it doesn’t an simulates that its full so it goes around with no heat.
Just tap the bottom grey box gently at bottom behind dryer to drop it.
If you’ve no water in draw possibly pump itself.
