    Dishwasher starts as normal, drains, fills, recirculation pump kicks in for about 2 seconds, pauses, starts again for 2 seconds, repeats this for about 7 times, then pumps out and stops with 3 short then 1 long beep. Start light does not flash.
    Am I right in thinking this is a recirculation pump fault?

    Sounds like a blockage in the system, Check that the filters are clean and that the rubber hose underneath is not collapsing.
