LG GRL207TVJA Water Filter problem

Hi all, we moved into rented accommodation five months ago with this fridge/freezer unit installed. It has been working fine, but last week we noticed puddles of water on the floor. I’ve since discovered that there is an outflow pipe coming from the freezer area, which the water is coming out of.
There is a water feed going into the filter unit and then into the freezer, plus another pipe coming out of the freezer that isn’t connected to anything. This is where the water is coming from. It seems to purge about 50ml every couple of hours, so I now have the end in a bucket to collect the water. It’s not done this all the time we have been living here, just the past week. Please help 🙂
