    I have inherited an un-branded fully Intergrated Washer-dryer. Thought to be MFI supplied (Very similar to APM 8702) but NOT 🙁 . Instruction book indicates may be Italian, but has a Germanic look also. Desperately needs repair and tlc. Am trying to idetify the the brand and then locate a willing appliance engineer in the Maidenhead area to do repairs. Washer Thermostat and dryer function needs looking at.

    Its probably an MFI branded machine, Diplomat or Hygena or Technik??

    its a ARI Siltal aka WDI1210 aka early CDA I392 butler BI1200
    white westinghouse (not too sure on model)Caple wd1210.

    Anyone know where to get a door seal for this m/c from stock?

    As photo above – unbranded washer/drier Model 02-800770 Homark – Siltal made i think.

    Masterpart are listing part no 36219700 but 3 weeks plus delivery 😕

    Part number is correct.

    You could also try:

    CDA on 01949 862 012

    EAC on 08709 099 100

    AIS on 01245 320 992

    Credit card at the ready.

    Please note that these are not parts suppliers, but are companies who have service involvement with this machine under various guises.

    Of course, you could also drop Dave Conway an email and see if he can sort it out for you 😉

    Try Anglo Iberian on 01245 320992, they should have stock.

    That is the correct part number by the way 🙂

    Thanks guys for the prompt replies.

    No joy with AIS but I’ll try Caremark tomorrow.


    This seal is gonna be a pig to fit as well, obscured by concrete weight at front and behind a non-removable – riveted in – front panel !

    But I like a challenge …… 🙄

    Finally got the seal fitted, customer just back now after a break.

    Geez that is one pig of a job to do. Whoever designed that door boot should be made to remove and install it for ten years in solitary confinement 👿

    Thank goodness for KY Jelly …… Seriously, best ever lubricant for getting rubber things into tight holes. One for the useful things in your toolbox thread !

    I must admit though I wrap tape round the tube to avoid embarrassing questions from customers 😳
