Going out to this one later, assuming that E15 is a leak into base what are the common leak points on this model?

    Jim.

Salt container gasket, metering tank and sump gasket in the main.

most likely Jim, no obvious leak- recalls every 3 months for the next year till the heater goes pop and they give up.
E15 can also be a no or slow fill fault if there is no water in the base.

Sadly cannot remove the machine due to installation, some very expensive tiles or a massive marble worktop will have to go first. 🙁

Loosened lower plinth and could just feel water in base though.

    Thanks for replies.

Is it a full metal Tank or a polinox plastic base machine ?

Can’t you take the door off & then just remove the front inspection panel.
You can sort a lot of things just through that panel…

Full metal tank, can’t access mains plug until I pull it out Tim.

If its a full metal Tank then it’s most likely to be the sump seal. They leak but normally only on the higher temp washes. There is an additional seal kit that can be fitted – in situ – or it requires a new improved sump.
