Samsung washing machine WF1114XBD/XEU/03 showing 3E error which indicates motor fault. Brushless and sealed motor. Machine stops during programme with whole load but will continue and complete programme if some of the load is removed (about 1/3 of a load). Extra spin cycle is always needed as clothes are still wet but machine does not reach full speed on the spin cycle.
The machine is being used in a B+B so don’t think the 10 year motor warranty will apply.
Is this just a case of replacing the motor or has any one come across this before and resolve it differently?
    Any ideas/suggestions welcome.

well it will be a 3 phase motor and i assume the electronics will be looking for a drum speed thats its not attaining

does the motor seem to hesitate when it starts ?

if yes may only be getting 2 phases instead of 3 so could also be the board

will be a pcb but make sure you get the serial number because there are several different types for these, also if drum bearings are badly worn out it can show a 3E error.
