Hi. I have a Siemens dishwasher that won’t go. The ‘tap’ light and the rinse-aid light are both flashing when I switch it on, but it won’t let me select any programs or do anything at all. It seems to be dead. It was an expensive buy, so I’m hoping I can fix it. Any clues please?
Oh, the model number (which I got off the door edge, so I hope it is correct) is SN26T293GB/25.
Thanks.
Thanks for the reply Martin.
I tried what you suggested, but still no joy.
The main power module is priced at £114.66 on the Siemens web site.
What with the cost of an engineer as well as any part(s), and the probability that a seven year old dishwasher (that’s had a LOT of use) will be likely to fail again, I think I will cut my losses and get a new one. A new one will be warrantied for at least a couple of years too. Thanks again.
