    Hi, the above machine begins its cycle, does a short rinse then stops. It has drained and gives one beep ? Any ideas of the problem I’ve searched the web but no luck. Many thanks, T

    That doesn’t look like a model number and in any event, better to use the 12NC from the rating plate on the door, more accurate.

    Without that info you probably won’t get very far.
