    My hotpoint fridge freezer has blown a capacitor on the main board. I replaced this board, but i still cant get the system to work. No lights nothing i was wondering if the board needs ‘programming’ As I cant see what else is stopping the thing from working.
    The board has a number—-IDD0221.7
    Any help would be appreciated its either fix–or my wife buys another one making me £700 lighter 😥

    An update. I have power to the board and all the outputs. However there is a sensor ( I think) going inside the door which is not showing any voltage.
