Lg grl206cpqa Leaking water after dispensing

I’m hope that someone can please help me! I have a Lg grl206cpqa American fridge freezer the problem I have is that after dispensing water it begin to leak water from the front. I have removed the panel at the front and I have located exactly where the water is coming from. There is a water pipe that come from the bottom left of the freezer door this as a connector on it. This pipe then goes into a hole on the front of the panel which is to the right of the connector. The water is seeping back from this hole. I would be extremely grateful if someone could help me with this problem because it is now driving me around the bend
