    Hi, my daughters 16 month old built in washing machine has gone tits up. Machine constantly pumps out. No display and no other functions available. There is no anti-flood device in machine, heater and motor meggar out ok. Could the door switch be at fault or is it electronics? Any help would be great.

    from what you are saying, no light at all on the panel and the pump runs all the time

    sounds like a board fault.

    strip it out and look for damage and shorted pump triac (although if that was short I would expect an E23 fault )

    Turns out the machine is under a 2 year warranty so Zanussi called out.
