    The door keeps popping open, have taken the baskets out, pulled machine out from units, but can’t find the fault, any help would be welcome. John

    Sounds like either the hinges are bent or the white plastic bearing in the hinge is worn/missing.

    P.S. I found it listed as a Neff not Bosch

    Thanks Mate, Should have checked it was a Neff, customer told me bosch.
