Hi i have a Indesit IWME 127 washing machine, recently after each wash, the bleach compartment which is also in the prewash compartment fills to the top with water, even though i don’t have the machine set to do a pre wash or a bleach wash, this is happening each time now and i don’t recall it happening prior.

I am wondering if this could be indicating some issue or blockage.

I did recently take the tray and compartments out to clean them but they appear to all be back the way they should be.

I generally use the liquid tabs that you just put into the drum, so i don’t put anything in the trays ever, but they still get a little mucky and need cleaning from time to time, i did also notice with the liquid tabs that sometimes in the bottom of the rubber seal is sometimes is still some of the liquid tab that’s not been dissolved and a little of the bag that looks like its not fully dissolved either, not a lot just a bit, not sure if this is an issue either and indicates anything?

    Any help please?

    James

    Hi James,

Did you ever find out the reason for this?

I seem to be having the same problem with the same model now.

    Thanks!

there are 3 compartments in the draw pre wash, main wash and fabric conditioner

assuming its the preswash one. manual lists a liquid detergent adapter that drops in. has yours got this ?
