Has anyone out there any idea of the actual colour white that Electrolux seem to have used for years on most of their white goods?

I’m presuming that it’s likely a standard RAL colour, (or maybe NCS since they are Scandinavian?)

RAL 9016 is very close (Stelrad radiators), but, if the motor factor who mixed my tin did it right, not quite there.

I know they do a grossly overpriced touchup bottle, but it’d be nice to be able to get enough to do a proper touchup spray job – not aerosol – on larger rust / damage.

Electrolux cabinets do seem to be worse than some in attracting metal maggot – whether it’s poor / cheap factory paint processes or nasty porous cheap (recycled) steel I know not.

The only people that will know that are Electrolux themselves I’d think.

Far too many variants here and no specific solution. Products produced across dozens of plants around the globe cannot all use the same paint pot. A washing machine produced 10 yrs back in Italy won’t have the same RAL number as one made today in Poland.

If there were such a standard colour produced worldwide it would in time age in varying degrees given the environment it is kept in anyway. UV light pollution and exposure to varying humidity levels both play their part in bright whites going grey, plastics going yellow.
