    This machine seems to drain most water from drum, but leaves a layer of water still visible in drum, I have remove the sump hose from tub to pump, the water wont come out, I have tried to release the plastic housing & pressure system below tub, but the parts are bonded !! not sure how to release !! I have felt Inside tub were I remove (hose to pump) there feels to be something in there, but it may be a integrated part of fitted to this unit, not sure !! ,
    I was also unable to release the plastic housing around the door, to release the door gasket!!. ( advice please)
    Can anyone with knowledge of this machine please advise me, otherwise I will have to walk away.

    You may be able to take sump hose off from underneath,and the door seal has screw under covers inside the door kai.

    As mentioned I have removed sump hose, but need to release the valve frame unit, which seems to be bonded to the plastic tub.I need to know how to release this, so I can get inside it.

    I have been looking at the parts diagram, the parts I am talking about is the valve unit that connected to the valve frame unit. I am not sure how this units work, if anyone does, can you please let me know. thanks John
