    Good morning all!
    I have a Whirlpool fridge freezer that has been playing up for the last few days. The freezer is not working, which has, in turn, stopped the fridge as well. The compressor is turning, and all of the fans are running. I have taken off the back freezer cover. The inlet to the cooling coil is frosting over, past the black thingy with wires in it (technical term!) all the way down to the base of the coil, but no further. The Sense defrost kicks in after about 10hrs, and defrosts this top part, but still no cold. I’m in France and a technician can’t come out until next week, so any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Anyone that might be able to help will need the model and 12NC number to look it up and see what it is.

    Class : N-ST
    IM 185W

    No 12NC number referred to as far as I can see?

    There has to be a 12NC, there’s 8 versions of that model!

    I can’t think why you’d get that though.

    Inner left wall in the fridge, there should be a sticker with all that on it in there somewhere.

    Yep got that, but no 12nc number on it. If l could upload anything bigger than 217kb I’d put a photo of it up…. grrr!

    Aaah, it’s down as “service number” on mine. Ends in 11020 (the first number on your list)
