    been to this washer not draining customer could not remove filter so half stripped machine then called me.took off pump to remove coins left filter alone. machine then filled and washed set to drain all ok than showed f23 which the customer then tells me showed before this comes up as anti flood but there is no leaks. has anyone got any pointers before I take another look? and how do you clear the error codes on these? I’ve tried the usual turn to 6 o’clock etc

    That is the ENr number 😀

    That model is fitted with an anti flood switch in the base. So I’m thinking the base must now be flooded.

    senior moment brought on by customer trying to help.I looked on the door for the enr only to find a sticker saying model no xxxx I said funny there should be more numbers well said the customer thats a second hand door so its doesnt match with what was there to start with……. but her’s the model number written on this piece of paper sorry I havnt got the serial number of course its the enr number!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I need to lie down in the dark sometimes thank goodness its Friday
