    have lost my instruction booklet and the first two lights are flashing on my dishwasher and it won’t start. Does anyone know what this means please?

    oops meant to say my dishwasher is an indesit! 😳

    Probably a flooded base.

    The easy way to tell is tip the machine forwards or backwards and see if any water runs out (have towels handy).

    If it does, then it may well have a leak which will need to be sorted out before attempting to use it again.

    If you need an engineer, check repairs@ and the directories.

    thankyou will try that. have looked in the bottom and lifted out section and it appears to be full of water
