No dry on this, reset top stat now blowing and heating. Got a live but no neutral to the condenser valve so presuming a pcb fault. Does the small pcb mounted at the rear of the main control this or does the feed come from the main. Siemens listings show both as control module so little help there.

The valve may not be activated all the time…

I think it’s the same as the Bosch WVD series where the smaller piggy back PCB controls the element and the dryer valve.
I’m curious to know if the user first complained of the load coming out hot and steamy? That being the case then the valve failed BEFORE the top stat tripped if you catch my drift?

Tested the valve coil and it’s ok. Customer just complained of clothes coming out cold unfortunately. Had it running for around ten minutes without the valve being energized after I’d reset the stat.
