    Can a dishwasher and washing machine be plumbed into the same waste pipe and use the same hot and cold outlets? Just got a dishwasher and realised that I should have asked this before buying!

    Yes they certainly can, your local plumber could do that for you, or depending on your ability, you can get the necessary parts to convert your plumbing at any good DIY Superstore or Plumbers Merchant.
