    Hi tried to switch oven on Eoc5741aox and have a fault code on the display F239 ,other than the fault code on the display and the internal light coming on the oven is not working . Any help please, thanks

    not an easy one I am afraid

    comes up as

    Quantum Touch Controller alarm:
    1. If the communication over the bus SPI with the Quantum touch is after 50 trials unsuccessful than alarm is set. The alarm is reset if the communication is okay again

    does not mean a lot to me either

    thanks for the reply , was hoping it was going to be touch screen as have just been told waters been spilled down the front of it.

    that sound like the same thing. did it have time to dry out ?

    some of the possible causes are

    1. Connections Board Touch.
    2. Board Touch fault.

    yes dried out, think the touch board shorted, got replacement board on order everything else seems ok , thanks for your help
