    I have a Zanussi Fridge Freezer. Model ZD 50/ 17R, Type B5025741
    The fault is with the Fridge part of the appliance as the freezer is fine. I noticed a few weeks ago that the Fridge has a large piece of ice at the back of the fridge. I emptied the fridge and took out the shelves and the block of ice just came away once it had no support, several weeks later Milk started to go off
    and the fridge did’nt seem to be cold enough. HELP

    Anyone will need the model number, possibly the product or PNC number as well to find out anything for you. 😉
