The detergent drawer on our Bosch WFX2467GB started to fall apart some time ago and so I bought a replacement. As the old one continued to function I kept the replacement as a spare.
Now I have come to fit it I have discovered that the replacement came without the blue insert which fits over the tube in the central fabric softener section and the existing insert is slightly too wide for the replacement drawer.
Should the replacement have come with the insert? Is it possible to buy the correctly sized version? Do I have to take a Stanley knife to it to shave it down?
Or is there another option?

Can you give the rest of the ENR no WFX2467GB/?? and the FD no please. Also the part number of the replacement drawer you received.

The correct part number for the tray is 00361166 you then have to transfer existing parts over to it.Don

Thanks. That’s the part number I searched for originally and it came back as ‘RS59273’ on Ransom Spares. Is there any way to ensure that I get exactly the tray I want to replace?
