    Morning all, my Hoover WDXP596A2 makes an horrendous squeal/rattle/buzzing noise in normal operation as the drum rotates and changes in pitch with speed of drum – please see attached YouTube vid. It is on a solid stable base, not touching anything on the sides, all panels secure etc. Obviously from within. Drum? Motor? Any ideas please…?

    Sounds like the motor or something trapped in the drum.

    The way to check if it’s the motor just remove the belt and run on spin cycle kai
