Simple one or so i thought. Was basically the pressure chamber blocked. but now the customer says it takes an extra 20 seconds to start the program and when it comes to the end they have to turn the machine off to open the door. as far as I can tell by the phone call we just had it sounds like its in some kind of anti crease mode.. it just pumps and the drum apparently rock from side to side..
Any ideas people.

Sounds like anti-crease is selected, as far as extra 20 seconds at beginning of wash, they mostly have a water divertor motor on the back top of the soap dispenser, this searches for the correct position, first before directing the water into selected section of soap drawer. If it does’nt find position it may go around a few times until switch for correct position is made.
