    Found this machine totally dead, checked all sorts but then fitted a genuine programmed core board which solved the problem and I tested it afterwards.
    Day after customer called me saying an error code E07 is showing (motor or lock issue) BUT the machine still works fine, it does everything alright just comes up with the code when finished….. cx is ok hut would rather ut didn’t do this.

    Any idea why its happening please?

    Check heater low insulation can cause this but the fault code is what you already know
