Dunno who that was, but you’re not going to contact him that way 🙄 !
Please find the model number of the appliance; ADP—- for instance. 600 is a generic covering a range of appliances nincluding ovens, dishwashers etc. Come to that, you’d better tell us what type of appliance you want help with 😆 .
