A customer reported her AEG oven cooks OK however when she turns the thermostat off and turns the function switch off a F241 error is displayed. The cooling fan runs OK.
Also she said the oven light and oven fan motor will come on sometimes.
The only way she can reset it is to turn the function switch on then off.
If she cannot reset it she opens the door slightly and it will rest eventually.
The F241 error message never come on during cooking..
We called yesterday to check – same old story it wouldn’t fault when we were there.
She also said a C1 error is sometimes displayed.
Anyone have any ideas?
