    Hi all. I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction as regards diagnosing a fault with my Siemens fridge/freezer – Model no: KG32U193GB/08.

    Although the temperature in the fridge compartment stays at a constant 4deg, the temperature in the freezer compartment no longer remains steady at the preset -18deg. It appears to be a daily occurrence that the temperature increases to around -5deg before (eventually!) returning to the -18deg preset.

    Does anybody have any idea what is causing this issue? I would be grateful for any help as to where I should start my fault diagnosis.
