    So..

After several arguments concerning SLA’s that have actually never been agreed to by any engineer as far as I am aware.

They are now pre booking dates and giving actual times to the customers for their appointments without ANY discussion or communication what so ever.

Re Call’s are another problem..they re open jobs which have been closed say for 3 weeks and would be due for payment but that is then on hold without actually having the fault due to yourselves which then means even if it wasn’t your fault it’s a fight to get a new call out of them and it then also delays the original payment as it’s then re authorised from the recall visit date..And a new call may possibly be raised after several arguments.

Where parts are delayed by months then and no actual eta then you don’t get paid for until the parts have actually arrived and completed sometimes months when eventually the parts cannot be got and eventually get to close it down even then you still have to wait for the next 28 days.

Job comment’s mysteriously being deleted and jobs removed from your account without any communications so you cannot track back to what they put onto the system and notes.. so to keep a correct record you need to start screen shooting the comments ect and job details so that you can prove what was on the job notes ect. If a job is allocated and you have put notes and or visited then that job should stay on your account no matter what.. If they wish to do another to a different engineer then it should be a different job number to keep clarification.

These are my personal findings and if you have anything further then let us know.

    Bryan
