    Been out to zanussi dryer model number td4212w with no heat checked heater fine and checked front stat fine am I right in thinking the timer is faulty cheers in advance kai 🙂

    very likely but if you have the pnc number I can check

    there are 8 units with the same model made in 2 different factories

    Could well be the timer though the best way to be sure, and according to the wiring diagram, B1/B2 should be switched across to B3 in order to complete the circuit to the elements.

    (The above info assumes an earlier model. PNC best given to confirm as Mark says.)

    The customer bought 2nd hand only paid £50 for it so I know the repair will be over £60 and she wount go with that so she probably gonna end up buying a new 2nd hand 1
