    I pressed the on button for my Bosch WFF 2001 and the fuse blew. I changed the fuse and the power light came on as did the start light. However when I pressed them nothing happened. I have tried all the programmes, including spin and still nothing happens. Can any body suggest what may have happened.

    It may just be the On/off push button assembly (Part no 00171021) needs replacing. Fairly easy to check, power unplugged, lid off and the switch assembly simply unclips and slides upwards and off. Test it with a meter. 😉

    Checked that. Power light comes on, start button flashes red and after a while the main wash and rinsing lights flash. But the door does not lock.

    The heater is the fault then if the wash and rinse lights flash. Check it out!
