    hi all.
    samsung American RSH5ubMH
    keeps blocking with ice in the bottom of the fridge. been out and checked all parts that seemed ok.
    I dud change thermal fuse as was giving a funny reading.

    any ideas on the resistance on the heater as its all frozen again. taken 3 weeks for the customer to notice.

    seems like connect wants a kidney for the defrost heater.
    guess samsung has not cured the old fault as we had another call with thus same model number today.

    any help would be great.

    Hi

    extend the heater using capillary from the heater into the drain hole. also remove the black rubber valve at the back of the fridge freezer drain..this will cure the problem

    P.S. what more do you expect from samsung ??
