Hi
I don’t have a contact number for new repairers but you could try 0843 770 4405 who should be able to put you through.
Once set up everything is done online.

they waste your time.
filled out forms then one day out of nowhere they called. said sent this and that.
a couple of calls later they said they don’t need anyone in the area.
then a week later they are on the phone again.

I do repair care work. They supply the parts needed for the job. If I have the parts on the van I just ask for them to be replaced by RC.
Not had any issues with them and I always get paid within 30 days. They sometimes ask me to provide a fixed labour price an I overestimate how long it will take and quote accordingly. Only ever had them refuse my rate and their customer got a replacement appliance.
Not everyone’s cup of tea but they have not done me any wrong and they have been fair with me. They even insisted I put in an invoice for a second call out charge when their customer became abusive when I had to ask for authorisation to get the work done as it was going to be expensive. I didn’t have a phone signal and they wouldn’t let me use their phone and became aggressive and demanding I was there to do a job and not fanny about getting authorisation. I left the premises and drove to a place with a signal and then returned with the news that they were to find a new engineer. RC said as I had visited the premises twice I should charge a second call out. Incidentally the manufacturer refused to send another engineer! -
