Hi Dave, thanks for the response. There doesn’t seem to be any sequence. It continually flashes and beeps also, until I turn it off. :rolls: :rolls:

in that case it could be fault 1
ntc (thermostat) fault.
it could be
1 the NTC
2 broken wire from the timer to the NTC
3 faulty timerDave

the ntc is a small probe that plugs in the bottom of the sump so it in the water. take the filter out you should see it sticking up prob front right of the sump

this may not be the correct part number for yours as there are a number of models with the same model. but it will give you a picture.
check the wiring first

HI Dave, thanks. Presumably it connects to the main control board in the door? I did have a problem last year with the plastic cover over the board wires failing and the sharp metal of the door cutting a wire and shorting the main pcb. I thought I had covered and protected the wires aginst that happening again. I’ll let you know how I get on. And thanks again for your help with this. 😛

Hi Dave, not the sensor or wiring. Wiring checked between circuit pcb plug and plug for the sensor – good continuity both wires. Also compared sensor with another and resistance the same- but changed it anyway. Fault still the same. You mentioned the timer in your list. Where is that ? Is it on the main PCB in the door ? Also, noticed there is another gismo with a wired connection in the sump. Could this be the problem ? :eeek: :eeek:

the timer is the pcb board itself so may be that not reading sensor properly
Dave
obviously I cannot promise changing the board will cure it

Hi Dave ? I’ll give it a quick once over to see if there is anything obvious on the PCB but I have already replaced one ( mentioned earlier) so it might be a new dishwasher. 😕 😕 😕
