E62 not listed but will probably be a motor related problem and no doubt, at a guess, it`ll be the motor brushes worn out which typically will not be available as a separate spare part. Most of these things use red plastic holdered brushes with the leading face -the bit that is in contact with communicator segments- angle to the right and if so you could use a pair of Indesit brushes part number:c00196539 may well do the trick-find a picture to match them to what you have. However they might have used a Seleni motor although they normally are fitted to Turkish made machines ( yours should be PRC/ Chinese ) or perhaps a Ceset motor or copy thereof but from memory it`ll be the Indesit look-a-like motor. It, if that in fact is the problem as this is a bit of a shot in the dark, shouldn`t be too difficult to repair the machine. Taking the motor off and then replacing the brushes is easier on the Chinese built machines because the front weight gets in the way of your screwdriver.
