    Hi All

    I have got a recurring issue with this fridge as shown in the image.

    I have checked the defrost elements and all of the sensors and all of them meter out correctly.
    I have seen a technical bulletin about the evaporator sensor failing but this doesn’t appear to be an affected unit as it has the Vishay sensor and it is still sealed.
    I have also seen a technical bulletin about longer defrost times and have reprogrammed the main board accordingly but the unit still forms this ice pattern.
    What am I missing?

    may be a silly answer but had this problem with some Chinese crap. the forced the fan cables in back to front so the fan was running backwards.
