If you require spare parts for gas or dual fuel cookers that require the disconnection of any gas connection please read this before requesting information:

These parts must be fitted by a Gas Safe registered installer with relevant qualification for the appliance type to be repaired.

As a responsible spares supplier, UK Whitegoods will not under any circumstances supply parts for gas cookers as detailed above without prior proof from the purchaser by way of a Corgi registration number and the name of the installer who will be fitting the parts.

In all instances, if you smell gas, switch the gas supply off at the shut off valve (normally near the meter), open all doors and windows, do not smoke, do not switch any electrical appliances on, do not switch any lights on or off, do not use the doorbell or door intercom system and call Transco, the emergency gas service on 0800 111 999.
