    I have the above WKD 2835

    When in a cycle it stuck and now has E 13 showing and makes a noise for a short while then stops. Same error message. I’ve tried turning off and on.

    Door won’t open and I’ve washing inside
    Any suggestions as to what to do please

    Often as not the dryer heating element goes faulty causing E13 to show.

    Open the door by pulling on the emergency release tab behind the bottom kick panel (see user instruction booklet) 😀
