    Washing machine set for a 40 deg wash using the Quick button. Machine fills up with water then just sits there no further movement of the drum. Checked the filters all ok. Switched off at the mains, unplugged, then plugged in and switched on. Same result. Any ideas please.

    If you select spin only will the drum turn? If not then the motor brushes need replacing.

    Selected spin, drum not turning. Next question can you point me in the direction of a workshop manual for replacing the brushes on this model

    Additionally I am getting a code C11, any ideas?
