Whirlpool AWZ512 strange dryer fault

Hi, Changed the selector switch on this a couple of months back. Customer has sent video of dryer with water in bottom of drum and clothes hot and steaming. I had a look this morning ( she said 7 was too early can you come at 8? She had to leave at 8:30, so not much time to have a good look) machine drained and filled ok, put it on tumble dry and pump came on at regular intervals so said see how it goes. Its done it again. Before i tell her to get rid, has anyone got a solution?
